Objective: Build the buzz before we open our doors. STRATEGY: We used paid media to build awareness and create advocacy through craveability and storytelling around HomeGrown’s values. We nurtured advocacy from existing guests and amplified their voices to influence new customers. RESULT: Our most loyal fans became advocates. By the time our new audiences saw a post, it was filled with advocacy, testimonials and positive comments from our existing customers. This shifted the narrative from HomeGrown promoting itself, to our guests championing our values for us. Each opening continues to result in incredible opening week sales and traffic, with HomeGrown Rogers opening with the strongest opening week in brand history. We continue to get results through a strategy that builds relationships, empowering our most loyal fans to engage with our content and become powerful advocates for building trust and credibility in new and established markets.
